The purpose of this article is to help people achieve better health, so that a longer and healthier life can become possible. I call this symbolically the “Sunrise of the Renewing Health”. This picture illustrates the sunrise of the renewing health that leads to a good, longer, and healthier life.
Life of the Renewing Health!
“The future belongs to those who make their dreams reality and begin living happily with their new, renewing health!”
The beauty of this colourful rainbow picture symbolically depicts the highest level of wisdom, which helps us understand how important the purified human conscience is for good health. It also guides us toward other successes in life. I call this symbolically “Rainbow Wisdom”.
This wisdom saying describes how the purified human conscience can guide a person to achieve splendid results:

This wisdom also explains why the “Sunrise of the Renewing Health” is important. It marks the beginning in a person’s life when the purified conscience starts to function in the way it was originally designed, and begins to heal any health problem.
The natural human healing process becomes active and produces splendid healing results that rise above human logic, medical science, and circumstances. This has happened to me in four major healing cases, which are described later in this article. They are not unexplainable wonders. They were the purified human conscience at work, demonstrating how it operates when it has been restored to its original purity. How this restoration to purity can be achieved is also explained later in this article.
My Experience
Based on my experience from early childhood through my teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and now into my 70s, I have had major experiences in every decade concerning the human conscience and how it operates.
All the statements in this article are grounded in my sincere experiences and my visionary understanding of human life. Its ultimate success depends on the “Rainbow Wisdom” and the purified human conscience and its renewing health, without overlooking the value of current medical science.
Longer and Healthier Life
The fact that a good, long, and healthy life is possible feels natural to me, because it is a conclusion drawn from sixty years of authentic lived evidences and from the many times I have experienced the renewing health of my purified conscience. My full justifications for the possibility of a very long and healthy life, compared with current science, are presented later in this article.
I can say that the best wisdom in my pure conscience has always been honest, pure, perfectly timed, and consistently ready to bring unmistakable clarity and direction into my life. It is like gravity – steady, reliable, and trustworthy. My understanding is based solely on my experiences and on my consistent observations, not on assumptions, interpretations, or imaginations.

In my view, however, they can be understood through a different and more natural category of healing that always succeeds if you work for it. First Healing
In my 20’s in Germany, I suffered from a serious health problem that doctors could not clearly identify. It was mentally and physically extremely heavy on me. It lasted for more than three years and eventually became absolutely unbearable. My health was deteriorating badly. The doctors could not help me. I was desperate. I was certain that my life would soon be over.
Out of the blue, my conscience guided me to seek help from a friend who was not a doctor, and who did not believe he could help me. I began to speak about all my wrongdoings. The words simply started to come out of me, and I sensed that my conscience was purifying itself. We spent hours together until I felt that everything harmful had come out. My conscience was pure. What a relief. The next day I went to work and felt better than I had in years, and within two weeks I was completely healed. In my view, this healing can be explained by the renewing health of my purified conscience, because it was clearly in an essential role in this process. Without it, this could not have been possible.
In my 30’s in Indonesia, I was healthy and fully focused on project management, career, and success. I had no time for the purity of conscience – which was a major mistake.ke.
Second Healing
In my 40’s in Australia, I suffered from a severe spinal vertebrae problem and visited a chiropractor every other week, which helped. Surgery would have been the next option. At the same time, I began to purify my conscience by studying and applying wisdom sayings. To my surprise, the back pains disappeared completely. I have not needed any treatment since then. What a relief. My chiropractor was genuinely astonished that I no longer needed any sessions, because he had personally taken the Röntgen-images of my vertebrae. In my view, this healing can also be explained by the renewing health of my purified conscience, because the Röntgen-images were so clear that there was no medical explanation for this recovery. I understood that my pure conscience can lead to healing, recovery, and good health. I had overlooked this fact due to the pressures at work.
Third Healing
At around the same time that my back problems healed, my yearly flu infections also stopped. I used to get the flu every year and was forced into bed rest, which affected my work. After they stopped, I have not suffered from the flu for two decades now. What a relief. In my view, this healing case can also be explained by the renewing health of my purified conscience, because medically there is no explanation.
Fourth Healing
In my 50’s and 60’s, I began focusing on my future life vision, wisdom, and direction, and I started writing and publishing my articles in the hope that they could help other people in their life.
As a surprise, my eyesight improved unexpectedly. I had worn long‑distance glasses with a strong prescription of -4.5 and reading glasses with -1.75. I had needed long-distance glasses since I was about 13, and the prescription had gradually become stronger over the years. One day, I noticed that I no longer needed glasses for reading at all, and that I could use the weaker -1.75 glasses for long‑distance. I no longer needed the strong -4.5 ones. I asked a specialist eye doctor how such an improvement in my eyesight was possible. He did not know and could not give an answer. In my view, this healing case can also be explained by the renewing health of my purified conscience, because medically there is no explanation.
Conclusions
First:These four healing cases are clear examples of how the purified human conscience operates as it was originally designed. It was established to heal and support healthy human life, and also to impart wisdom, as was evident in the first healing case. Second: Healing from any form of suffering appears to be possible. The four healing cases were different in nature, yet each one responded to the same underlying principle. Third: These tested instructions for the purification of the human conscience clearly work and produce remarkable healing results, as demonstrated in the last three healing cases.

It can be assumed that all of these can also function together, and a person may use all of them for support.

In order to achieve the state of the renewing health, a person is first expected to appreciate their conscience and accept that it is their best friend in guiding their life in a better direction and towards better habits. Conscience must guide thinking and reason towards a better life. Otherwise it will not work. The first good achievement is healing and a good and lasting health, the achievement of which begins with reading wisdom sayings and implementing their wisdom.
Efficency of Healing
Categories 2 and 3 become less effective as a person grows older, according to medical science. Category 1, on the other hand, does not seem to change in my experience, because it worked when I was young and it worked again when I was in senior age. It was able to heal effectively even in serious cases, regardless of how old I was. The only requirement seems to be maintaining a pure conscience. This can be done by following the daily routine outlined in the slide above, and good health can continue.
People think their conscience is pure, but the conscience itself disagrees and wants to assist in its thorough purification – and also in keeping it pure. This guarantees healing and continuing health.
Purification requires regular quiet daily moments of reading wisdom sayings and applying their wisdom in practice according to the conscience’s reflection. By this I mean the good inner feeling that arises when reading a wisdom saying that is meant specifically for the reader and to which their conscience reacts. A good inner feeling confirms that the wisdom is meant for the reader to take to heart and put into practice. I call this good inner experience the “Wisdom Flower”.
Reason and Science
In my view, a good, long, and healthy life together with a purified human conscience can continue far longer than what human reasoning and science are willing to accept. Their claims, however, have not been scientifically researched or proven, and therefore cannot be validated. They are only assumptions without any evidence that a purified conscience could not produce excellent health results.
On the other hand, my tested and proven method worked excellently, as shown by the evidence in my four healing cases above. Thus, I can demonstrate that my claim is based on results achieved in real-life situations.
My conscience guided me to follow this order of progress:
Current Accepted Lifestyle → Distorted Conscience → Health Problems → Purification Routine → Purified Conscience → Original Conscience’s Operation Restored → Renewing Health Starts to Operate i.e. “Sunrise”→ Healing and other Life Successes due to “Rainbow Wisdom’s Guidance”→ New Improved Lifestyle→Good, Long, and Healthy Life!

Five Levels of Experience in Life!
The purpose of this article is to help people gain a better understanding of a person’s life experiences in five different levels that influence his life. I call it symbolically “Five-Level Architecture”.

Highest and Most Splendid Life
The first focus of this article is on the highest and most splendid level of life, which I have understood through direct, repeated, and consistent experiences during my life.
It has proven to have a character that is excellently intelligent, unchanging, stable, and pure. It is like gravity and it can be trusted. It has an excellent timing to bring unmistakable clarity and help into my family’s life.
Pure Human Conscience
The second focus is on the original pure human conscience that was established at the very beginning of our universe. It was designed to work in harmony with the highest and splendid level. But over time, layers of distortion, influence and confusion have covered it.
Today, people must consciously purify their conscience, so that it can once again cooperate with the highest level of life and receive its clarity, insight and guidance. People do not recognise the need for this, as it is not properly taught anywhere. The perfectly natural and harmless purification process is based on good behaviour, wisdom sayings, honesty and human conscience’s help.

Four major health problems healed naturally in my life. One of them was a long-standing spinal vertebrae problem that was diagnosed with Röntgen-images. 1. HIGHEST AND MOST SPLENDID LIFE
Description
The highest level is the source of everything splendid, pure, excellent and stable. It is the origins of our universe, Planet Earth, its nature, mankind, and human pure conscience. It exists unchanged but hidden since the beginning everywhere in our universe. Its understanding requires human lived experience in life and the help of the pure human conscience.
The highest level consists of splendid intelligence, wisdom, and power, and of a pure, wonderful, and the sunrise and rainbow kind of nature. All of these influence human life through a purified conscience and through the nature around us.
It is behind the origin of our world with all the above-mentioned properties that have made the beauty and life on our planet possible.
This splendid level recognises and rewards purity of the human conscience and wants to help and guide the person to start operating in the highest possible level in life.
Communication
The highest level communicates by applying this following principle in its guidance into the human conscience:
“NOTHING SPLENDID HAS EVER BEEN ACHIEVED EXCEPT BY THOSE WHO DARED BELIEVE THAT SOMETHING INSIDE OF THEM WAS SUPERIOR TO CIRCUMSTANCE.”
It can guide the human conscience as follows:
giving insights, visions, wisdom and direction into the human conscience,
through the inner compass, clock and voice of the purified conscience,
through the deeper senses of the purified conscience such as understanding, foresight, discernment, clarity and recognition, and
through the good and pure parts of our planet’s nature, which bring peace, happiness, contentment and confidence at he right time.
Visions and Dreams
The highest level can impart visions and dreams into the human conscience as follows:
They can be anything that you desire in your conscience for both your private as well as your work life, which you wish to come true either in the near future or in the more distant future.
Visions and dreams can be words in your thoughts and conscience that feel good and additionally good pictures or video clips in your thinking. You can actually see them in your mind as if their were reality that you want to achieve.
Your conscience confirms the visions and dreams with good feelings. It guides and helps you to achieve them with the help of your internal compass and clock and your inner voice. You need to take action according to this guidance to implement the visions and dreams in reality, even if your circumstances could be against you.
But if you want to achieve self-made inauthentic ‘visions and dreams’ that are either selfish or not necessarily the best for you then your conscience tries to lead you in a better direction.
The dreams that a person has while sleeping have nothing to do with the authentic dreams of the conscience, and they should not be followed.

Recognition
The highest level of life is real, operating, and external and it invisibly exists above all the other four levels with splendid authority, intelligence, wisdom, power, and purpose.
It can for example be recognised as the splendid origins of these things:
the good, pure and excellent sections of the nature like beautiful flowers, sunrises, and sunsets,
excellent weather conditions like calm and pleasant weather, and regular desired rain, and
unselfish, loving, good and excellent human and animal behaviour.
This highest level can provide direction and reassurance into the human conscience at key moments in life, so that the person feels contentment and certainty. He becomes more settled, happier, confident and peaceful.
Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence (AI)cannot operate on this splendid level because it has no lived experience of its own and no conscience.
2. DECEPTIVE SPIRITUAL LIFE
Description
The spiritual level is above the human feelings and emotions level, and human thinking and reasoning level, and the natural level, and it operates constantly trying to apply its own mischievous purposes all around the world. They can be followed by watching daily news programs. It is thus real, operating, and external in the sense that it does not only exist in people’s imagination, symbolism, or internal fantasy. It is non-physical but it actually exists in reality.
This level is invisible to almost all people. It has evil beings that are called “gods”, “spirits”, and “spiritual beings”. It also has all kinds of spiritual structures, forces, and its own rulers, who are evil. People are their victims. It is thus good to stay away from all of them. They misguide people to make mistakes and even much worse, although they are being incorrectly taught to be beneficial for people. They may feel friendly, useful, and nice and make people happy and jubilant in their presence.
The spiritual level is fragmented, contradictory, deceiving, misguiding, dirty, and evil, and has sub‑layers that try to resist good human intentions. It is also at war between its own various spiritual trends and waves. It is a maze that is not good for people.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) can operate in this level, be badly intended and designed and can cause harm, destruction, and suffering.
Distorted Conscience
The spiritual level guides people who have a distorted conscience caused by spiritual teaching to follow its incorrect and misleading visions, spiritual wisdom, and instructions. You can. however, separate yourself from this level by correcting your mistake, if you have been closely involved in it.
“YOUR BEST IS YET TO COME, WHEN YOU CORRECT EVERYTHING SO THAT YOUR LONG-TERM FUTURE BECOMES GOOD, HEALTHY AND HAPPY.”

The spiritual level interacts with your life in many ways although you do not even recognise its influence. It can, however, be recognised for example being active through these things:
Religions inconsistently try to teach about this level in over one thousand (1000!) various ways claiming that it possesses good wisdom and knowledge.
The spitual level does not follow the highest and splendid level’s vision, wisdom and direction. It resists them and misleads people.
3. HUMAN FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS
This level contains the full range of human emotional life: fear, joy, anxiety, peace, anger, hope, sadness, excitement, and everything in between. It is the level that is constantly manipulated by the spiritual level, in order to misguide people. This impacts negatively how experiences are felt rather than analysed with natural wisdom.
Feelings and emotions react quickly, often before thought, and it colours how a person experiences all the other four levels of life.
4. HUMAN THINKING AND REASONING
This level includes everything a person thinks, interprets, explains, and decides. It constructs perceptions of the world, creates beliefs, forms opinions, and attempts to understand other levels through its own limited abilities. It is analytical and can be slow and often error-prone because it operates under the spiritual, emotional, cultural, media and experience-driven influence.
5. HUMAN FIVE PHYSICAL SENSES
Human experience begins at the physical level, where we perceive the world through the five senses: seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching. These sensations are not the world itself, but our personal experience of it. They form the foundation upon which feelings, sensations, thinking, and reason are built.

Your conscience wants you to implement the messages of the sayings that feel good inside – either so that you learn something, or so that you take a certain action in one of your decisions.
In addition, it wants to help you understand the right direction to take in one of your current decisions or choices, or in your decision about your future direction in life.
Your conscience can also clearly warn you about something through its wisdom – to help you avoid what is not good for you, or even something worse. It can do this, for example, through a warning thought, a saying that points to a possible mistake, or by giving you a bad feeling inside.
In this way, your conscience communicates what is best for you. You learn this gradually, and you become more certain of your new way of life as you learn to understand this kind of guidance. With time, this leads to great results – provided you take action based on the guidance you receive.

Renewing Health
I was naturally healed from four major health problems by the help of the “Renewing Health”. It was made possible by my purified conscience. Here is a list of my four health problems that were healed:
A three-year health breakdown that no doctor could explain – one that broke me mentally and physically.
A serious spinal vertebrae problem that my chiropractor and a doctor at the hospital could not resolve without a surgery.
Yearly flu infections that used to demand bed rest – they stopped coming back.
Sudden eyesight improvements at senior age – no more reading glasses nor strong long-distance glasses. An eye specialist could not explain this.
I have always wanted to understand, where these natural healings came from.
This explains, where they came from!
These were not any kind of “miracle healings” but the result of the purification of my conscience. When the conscience is purified by daily reading and applying good wisdom sayings in practice, a person’s behavior improves, and it removes bad attitudes, habits, statements, and other distortions from their conscience, whatever their nature may be.
You may think you do not have any distortions in your conscience, but the good side of your conscience will certainly disagree and guide you with inner feelings about which ones need attention. This happens while you are reading these writings, wisdom sayings and watching these pictures. Your conscience has a chance to speak from your heart with inner feelings to let you know that something needs to get better in your attitudes, habits, statements, and behaviour. Let the good side of your conscience guide you for your own benefit.
The conscience thus returns to the state of the renewing health, which heals a person’s health problems. In other words, it begins to operate in the completely natural way it was originally meant to. Understanding this process required decades of study and practical application before I was convinced that it is true – it indeed always works!
In order to achieve the state of the renewing health, a person is first expected to appreciate their conscience and accept that it is their best friend in guiding their life in a better direction and towards better habits. Conscience must guide thinking and reason towards a better life. Otherwise it will not work. The first good achievement is healing and a good and lasting health, the achievement of which begins with reading wisdom sayings and implementing their wisdom.
Purification
This most natural category of healing requires thus purification of the conscience, restoring it to its originally intended health producing state of the renewing health. This slide explains how that purification can be done:
